Some will tell you it’s an impossible maze to confuse you in your search process. Others will say how they can find you the right candidate in 14 days or less. If you’ve heard this from another firm, the caliber of talent you meet will be undoubtedly questionable.
The AGORA method is a proven process, allowing us to discover and secure a business leader with the exact traits that are right for your organization. Because we limit the number of clients we partner with at a given time, we deliver exceptional results. Here’s an overview of the AGORA 12-Step Process to finding great leaders: 1. Partner with our Client to determine skills and traits needed for the position 2. Create a strategic message for presenting the Client's opportunity to the marketplace 3. Identify and research target companies and top Candidates to approach 4. Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews 5. Present Candidates with an ability to state "why" they would be a great fit for the Client 6. Prepare the Client for interview with Candidates 7. Debrief the Client and Candidate immediately after interviews 8. Conduct Second Level reference checks once Candidate is identified as finalist 9. Extend the offer to Candidate and secure acceptance within 48 hours of written offer 10. Partner with Client to ensure that successful On-Boarding process is defined 11. Follow-Up with the Client and the placed Employee 12. Connect with the Client to evaluate search and selection process for feedback
