Director Organizational Development

Company: $800 Million, Confidential, Southwest

Salary: $108K- $120K + Bonus (Up to 15%)

Reports To: VP

The Director Organization Development will develop system-wide and/or unit specific interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness. The Director will partner with HR and operational leaders to develop performance strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop performance strategies and solutions that support the accomplishment of the organization’s strategic business objectives
  • Develop systems, tools, processes and procedures that that support the identification and resolution of organizational development issues
  • Measure the added value of interventions to ensure improvements in performance and organizational effectiveness
  • Coach and consult with HR partners
  • Facilitate training and development of staff at all levels
  • Apply continuous improvement processes to ensure quality and maximize effectiveness of services
  • Works collaboratively within the Training and Development organization as well as with external partners to deliver high quality results

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with emphasis on Organizational Development or Organizational Behavior and Business Management is REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 5 years Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing direct reports
  • DEMONSTRATED ability to facilitate cultural change initiatives
  • EXPERTISE in consulting and coaching at the Executive level
