Position Responsibilities:

Our client is a market-leading innovator and manufacturer of semiconductors.
Their customers range from consumer products manufacturers to defense-related
Federal agencies. The market opportunities for their chips and packaged
devices are positioned to explode over the next ten years.
Key Responsibilities:
The Product Engineer will interface with various process engineering
departments including epitaxial growth, wafer fabrication, and package/test.
This is a newly created position, due to growth, which will be primarily
responsible for resolving customer issues and RMA's (Return Material
Authorization). Depending on what type of problem is involved, they
will be working with not only the rest of the product engineering
group, but also with the process engineering teams across the factory,
including our overseas operations. They will be working with these
groups to determine acceptable root-causes for the problems that
led to the returned material.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- BS or MS is required with a minimum of 5-7 years work experience
- Demonstrated self-motivation, commitment to tasks, customer
orientation, strong communication skills, strong project management
and problem solving skills
- Ability to interface effectively with different backgrounds
and at every level of the organization
- Permanent Residency or Green Card status
